以下为推荐信主体，附件里是我写的推荐信，遵照坛子里各位前辈的智慧，我模仿的写了一下，求各位前辈不吝赐教，多给意见！马上要提交ACS了，很紧张。。。

This is to certify that XXXXX  XXXX has been working in Beijing XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXX Co., Ltd. (short for XXXXX) as a fulltime and permanent staff Software Engineer at XXXX technology support team from January 14 2010 to January 9 2011. Working hour is 40 hrs/week, salary is around XXXX RMB/month during the internship, XXXX RMB/month after he became a regular worker (part of the salary around XXXX RMB each month was paid together at the end of the year, and this startup company paid no tax and insurance for us). 
 
I joined the company a little earlier than him as a software engineer in another team. This company was closed down in March 2011, after that I joined in XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX  Co., Ltd. Since the original company was close down, I can only offer my current company letter head. 
 
XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX team provided high-end consulting services to build scalable and reliable data analysis and data mining solutions for XXXXXX. And they had their own Chrome extension project as well. 
 
The major duties of XXXXX  XXXX in the projects are as follows: 
 
1.        Participate in the system requirement investigation in the early stage 
2.        Participate in the system overall structure solution design 
3.        Participate in database design 
4.        Design API and write API documents for frontend and backend interaction 
5.        Conduct the code programming to implement the functional modules 
6.        Complete unit testing 
 
During his days at Company XXXXX, his major projects included: 
 
1.  ‘XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX’ Chrome Extension 
Date: Jan. 2010 - Jan. 2011 
Description: It’s a Chrome browser extension. Basing on which website you‘re visiting, we detect coupon input box and fill available coupon in it automatically. 
Platform and tools: HTML5/Javascript/CSS3/ UML/Notepad++

        Analyze requirements and created/maintained data flow UML 
        Participate in the system overall structure solution design

Description:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Project is about an IE extension which encourages and records the usage of XXXXX search engine. User can get cash-back reward for searching and doing task with XXXX search engine. 
Platform and tools: Javascript/C#/HTML/CSS/UML/Notepad++

        Conduct the code programming to implement the New User Guide and task rendering modules basing on the requirement from XXXX  product manager

Since the original company was close down, I can only offer my current company letter head.
不管原公司有没有倒闭，都应该用现公司的信纸。所以此句删除，并替换成：我与2011年某年某月加入xxx公司，并任xxx职位至今。

其他的部分，看起来太费劲，建议精简。。。。

有个推荐人比我晚去一两个月，初创公司就几个人，我去的时候只有一个人，反正工作任务大家有目共睹，我想说他和我是同一时期进入公司的，具体时间我就不写明了，避免误会

官方是不建议平级或跨部门的，但是很多人都是这么做的，而且都成功了，我们能做的就是如实写，然后等待他们审核。前辈给的建议是：只要是真实的就没事，最坏的打算就是最后背调   我现在就是平级跨部门的  希望我能顺利通过！
