澳洲和新西兰对工作经验加分要求的差异

不知道自己理解是不是有误，请大家多指教：<br />

第一： 主申请人的要求。<br />
澳洲是可以与SOL上的职业closely related，NZ则是要求工作经验就是在LTSSL上的occupation中取得的。我感觉这两个差异蛮大的。<br />
<br />
很多工作，可能通过工作内容等可以说，该工作于List上的工作closely related【适用于澳洲】，但难以说该工作经验就是在新西兰的LTSSL上的occupation中取得的。<br />
<br />
澳洲： Outside Australia: skilled employment in your nominated skilled occupation or a 【skilled occupation closely related to your nominated skilled occupation】<br />
<br />
新西兰： Work experience 【was undertaken in an occupation included on the Long Term Skill Shortage List】 and 【it meets the specifications for that occupation】and 【the principal applicant is suitably qualified by training and/or experience to undertake that work (including any specific requirements set out in column 3 of the Long Term Skill Shortage List or that were listed on the date their Expression of Interest was selected).】<br />

第二、对于Partner加分的要求：<br />
澳洲要求的是工作经验还得是同一个List上的occupation，NZ则是学历<br />
<br />
澳洲：evidence your partner has at least competent English at time of invitation<br />
a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for your partner’s nominated occupation (which must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated occupation).<br />

<br />
新西兰： <br />
Partner qualifications***<br />
- recognised level 4-6 qualification 10<br />
- recognised level 7+ qualification 20<br />
To gain bonus points for your partner’s qualification, your partner needs to meet the same English language requirements as you. <br />
<br />
<strong>例如， 我本科是学EE，（根据版上信息）在澳洲可以通过EA认证的。我工作是EE的专利申请，觉得有可能认为是Closely Related，因为不懂EE的人处理不了这种专利申请呀【我这样的思路正确吗？】。这样，我在澳洲是可以做主申的。<br />
但对于NZ，就觉得不可能说我的工作是Electronic Engineer呀！ 就不能主申。。<br />
