單位工作經驗譪明怎麽做
我問了我之前的公司，hr不給直接開工作經驗證明。 我想自己按照ACS的模板準備一份，帶duties的，然後找以前的同事簽字。這裡我想問，這個文件都有什麽要求， 需要公司蓋章嗎？還有之後要拿到什麽地方去認證？<br />

ACS 原文是這麽說的，那‘"Sworn Before" or "Signed <br />

In additional to the above each Statutory Declaration must contain: <br />
All Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must clearly state that the document was "Sworn Before" or "Signed <br />
Before" or "Witnessed Before" the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, along <br />
with the date and place in which the declaration was witnessed. <br />
The Statutory Declaration or Affidavit must be written by a third party work colleague and NOT written by you, <br />
the applicant. <br />
A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague needs to describe the working relationship with <br />
you and details of your duties performed with relevant dates of employment. It is preferable that the work <br />
colleague writing the declaration be at a supervisory level. <br />
All third party Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must include only one of the following:<br />
•Certified copy of Payslips – preferably first & last payslip <br />
•Certified copy of Human Resource statement or Service Certificate <br />
•Certified copy of Termination Letter with corresponding dates
应该不必要找HR，找以前上司（最好还在此公司）也行。盖章不是必要，我最后一份工作盖章要找律师审批，就没盖。
Statutory Declaration就是另一回事了吧？你找到上司签字的话还做这个干什么。
需要公司的letterhead 上面要有logo，地址，联系方式等等。 需要公司管理人员或者HR知情。 如果公司没有信纸自己做也OK，但是也需要公司知道并得到允许。 因为不是作假，一般不会不同意。
你可以说你需要做xxxx 认证什么的也好，需要公司信息在你的证明上，不需要公司盖章，如果HR不签字，让你以前manager什么的签字，记得留下你manager的职位和联系方式等等。 你也可以把签字好的给你们HR看一下，反正都是事实。
如果打算偷摸弄，或者作假，忽略上面我说的。
签字就好，理论不需要公证，最好彩印，我在澳洲可以直接Certified Copy签字，国内麻烦些，如果说材料不行就去公证处做一下 影印件相符的认证，然后再扫描公证书的所有内容。
我以前的manager早就离职了，我只能找的之前的同事。这种情况下是找我以前的manager还是找现在还在职的前同事呢？
我写的职责就是我当时做的，是真实的。
找以前的同事、领导
我的经验是写清工作期间，收入，主要职责等，找领导签字就好。再附上领导名片。
请问前公司一起工作的领导已转到别的公司，那推荐信的letterhead是用那一个公司的呢??
如果找领导签好了字，这个是不是还需要拿给律师做一个认证？哪里找这样的律师呢？
