除了27号系统维护，其他都正常阿，现在我这出现的唯一问题就是体检连接提示：Warning
Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

ALex 同学，请问下，职业评估通过后，是不是先EOI，然后申请洲担保。这两者是不是可以同时进行？

不同的州要求不同，有的州EOI不用在申请州担保之前，

我的职业只有act 和北领地有担保，act 雅思要7，估计有点难度。
请问如果申请北领地，有没要求一定要居住工作在那呀。

从整理的资料上看，北领没要求你之前要居住工作在那里。另一般来说，州担保的州政府会更希望你在成功登陆后的前2年内是工作居住在该州境内的（实际可以landing到任何地方，这个契约不是法律效力的，只是精神上的）。
但请确保你符合全部基本要求和起码一条附加要求，具体可以仔细看版主的帖~
