找律师或医生做certified copy公证需要上传律师或者医生的资格证扫描件吗？



准备申请ACS，准备材料的时候看到很多人推荐信都没有去公证处公证，而是找了律师或者医生签名。想问一下：如果找律师或医生做certified copy公证需要上传律师或者医生的资格证扫描件吗？如果需要的话，资格证的扫描件还需要公证吗？<br />

我查了澳洲网上的要求，国内普通医生律师是不可以的，但的确有人成功了

I live overseas and need to make a statutory declaration
You will need to find a witness who is both:&nbsp;&nbsp;

■on the list of authorised witnesses
■has a connection with Australia.
For example, a doctor who is registered to practise medicine in Australia can witness your declaration, but a doctor who is not registered in Australia cannot.

You can use a notary to witness your statutory declaration. They must be appointed in Australia, under their local state or territory legislation, to be able to witness Commonwealth statutory declarations.

You can find someone who is an authorised witness at the nearest Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website has contact details:
