不在澳洲境内证明怎么开？
清华认证和职业认证都要求开不在澳洲境内证明（因为交的申请费比境内申请人低），官方是这么写的A certified Statutory Declaration or Affidavitstating you are not in Australia at the time of applying。请问有人做过么？怎么做啊？<br />

You will need to find a witness who is both: <br />

■on the list of authorised witnesses<br />
■has a connection with Australia.<br />
For example, a doctor who is registered to practise medicine in Australia can witness your declaration, but a doctor who is not registered in Australia cannot. <br />
<br />
You can use a notary to witness your statutory declaration. They must be appointed in Australia, under their local state or territory legislation, to be able to witness Commonwealth statutory declarations.<br />

You can find someone who is an authorised witness at the nearest Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website has contact details:<br />

还有如果在中国境内申请的，是不是所有的certified copy都只能在公证处开啊？那些警察，律师，大学教师可以公证，都是针对澳洲境内的吧？<br />

首先，Statutory Declaration可以在http://www.ag.gov.au/Statutorydeclarations/Pages/default.aspx得到模板
你需要写你不在澳洲之类的话，并且签字
但是，现在的问题是：你不在澳洲，怎么找JP之类的人帮你证明？
Statutory Declaration需要当着JP的面签字
那个JP就是你的证人，也需要签字
国内找一警察代替这个JP也可以。
