花生牛轧糖 —— 小时候的甜蜜回忆

提起牛轧糖,首先散落在脑海里的就是小时候的回忆,在新年的糖果盒中,仔细的把那一个个小方块牛榨糖挑出来藏在口袋里,和小朋友玩耍时一起分享这份甜蜜。

font-family: 宋体; " width="500"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><strong>小贴士</strong>:<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>1,&nbsp;&nbsp;本方子用的是生花生碎,所以要烤熟,如果家里有熟得花生就不用再烤,直接用就可以了。</p><p><br/></p><p>2,&nbsp;&nbsp;煮糖浆时,用小火即可,最先开始可以一边煮一边搅,大概煮1个小时就可以煮到140°,所以这时候温度计是必不可少的。</p><p><br/></p><p>3,&nbsp;&nbsp;糖浆和蛋清混合时,速度尽量快一些,避免糖浆凝固不好搅打。</p><p><br/></p><p>4,&nbsp;&nbsp;最后混合好的牛轧糖可以平铺到任何规则的器皿中,固定形状就可以。</p><p><br/></p><p>5,&nbsp;&nbsp;平铺好的牛轧糖直接就可以切块了,过一会时间,就会变酥脆不好切。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
