炸虾仁
<p> <strong>可以说为了孩子们能开心的吃饭,每天都是费尽心思的做孩子们能喜欢的菜肴,这不,今天又做了一道新的菜式,孩子们吃的可欢快了,只留了个光盘,这也是我最乐意看到的,呵呵!</strong></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059943541075.jpg" title="IMG_0888.JPG"/></center></p><p><strong>材料</strong>:海虾400克,蛋黄1个,面粉2大勺,柠檬汁少许,生姜2片。</p><p><strong>调料</strong>:盐少许,鸡精少许,椒盐粉少许。</p><p><strong>做法</strong>:</p><p>1.新鲜海虾洗净,煮熟去虾壳。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059945295736.jpg" title="IMG_0884.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>2.加入柠檬汁姜片蛋黄盐鸡精和椒盐粉搅拌均匀,静置十分钟入味。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059945562.jpg" title="IMG_0885.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>3.把腌好的虾仁放入面粉里,裹上一层面粉。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059945811638.jpg" title="IMG_0901.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>4.锅里加食用油,大火加热。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059946381357.jpg" title="IMG_0886.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>5.油温150度左右时下入虾仁,炸至金黄色即可。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059946685100.jpg" title="IMG_0887.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>6.捞出用吸油纸吸干油即可食用。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14059946974168.jpg" title="IMG_0889.JPG"/></center></p>
