材料B中,小火将牛奶和淡奶油煮沸即可,加入黄油和巧克力之后,则要隔水融化,并不停搅拌,避免将锅底煮糊。最后的淡奶油打发,只需打至6成发即可。就是稍微有纹路就可以了。</p>
