烫面蒸饺---玉米胡萝卜马蹄馅


                                                <p>  女儿每次去超市,总是很爱买水晶饺吃,并且一定要吃玉米馅的。昨天在家自已山寨了一下,女儿也是吃的不亦乐乎。做蒸饺适合用烫面,蒸出的饺子看上去略透明,面皮更甜糯,也更易于消化吸收。不过昨天刚好有朋友来玩,两个人一边聊天一边做,有许多过程图就忘记拍了....</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/1406688409526.jpg" title="成品.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p> 材料:馅料:煮熟的玉米粒120g,胡萝卜100g,马蹄5个,五花肉350g,葱,姜适 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;量,&nbsp;盐适量,生抽2小匙</p><p>  &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;面团:中粉500g,开水350g</p><p>&nbsp; 做法:1.胡萝卜,马蹄分别切碎末,五花肉加姜未和葱末剁成细肉馅。将胡萝卜碎,马蹄碎,玉米粒,与肉馅拌匀,并加入适量的盐,生抽调味。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14066885926435.jpg" title="1.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14066886089845.jpg" title="2.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.面粉中边冲入沸水,边快速搅拌,揉成面团,松弛 20分钟。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/1406688629840.jpg" title="3.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.将面团分成三份,搓成长条,再分成若干个小剂子,擀成薄面皮。包入馅料,做成饺子。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14066886626840.jpg" title="4.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4.开水上蒸屉,铺上蒸笼布防粘,放入饺子蒸15分钟即可。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14066886903187.jpg" title="5.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
