1杯半 (200g)</p><p>玉米粉 3/4杯(97g)</p><p>果仁 半杯(原方用的是松籽,我用核桃仁取代)</p><p>糖 80g</p><p>黄油 110g(我减少到80g)</p><p>柠檬屑 1大勺</p><p>泡打粉 1小勺</p><p>盐 1/4小勺</p><p>酸奶油 2/3杯 (153g)</p><p>鸡蛋 4个(每个重量60g)</p><p></p><p>表面</p><p>奶油奶酪 56g</p><p>柠檬汁 半杯(相当2个柠檬的汁)</p><p>糖 适量</p><p>番茄干 2大勺,切碎</p><p>(我修改为:奶油奶酪20g、柠檬汁 1大勺、酸奶3大勺、樱桃干2大勺,糖5g)</p><p></p><p>做法:</p><p>1、将中粉、玉米粉加上果仁。</p><p><center><img /></p><p>11、烤箱预热175度,烤40到45分钟,出炉后用牙签插入检验,拿出来稍微有些发粘即可,之后静置烤架上晾凉。蛋糕不能烤的太干。</p><p>12、将樱桃干切小块。<br /><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2014/11/20/20141120211619199.jpg"
