酱香四季豆肉末水煎包


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/14071294069873.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20140728_185806_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/14071294093809.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20140728_190128_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>&nbsp;主料:猪前尖肉 &nbsp; 白面 &nbsp; &nbsp;四季豆</p><p>&nbsp;辅料:黄豆酱 &nbsp; &nbsp; 香菇 &nbsp; &nbsp;葱 &nbsp; &nbsp; 姜 &nbsp; &nbsp;蒜</p><p>&nbsp;调料:酱油 &nbsp; &nbsp;味精 &nbsp; &nbsp;盐 &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;步骤:</p><p>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/14071295897808.jpg" title="IMG_20140728_172635_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; 1.准备食材,白面加泡打粉揉成光滑的面团,猪肉剁成肉馅,四季豆,香菇洗干净切成丁,葱,姜,蒜切成末,黄豆酱,味精,酱油,盐。</p><p>&nbsp;2.热锅凉油,放肉馅煸炒成白颜色,放姜末。</p><p>&nbsp;3.&nbsp;放葱,香菇。</p><p>&nbsp;4.&nbsp;放黄豆酱。</p><p>&nbsp;5.放四季豆炒匀,放酱油,盐,味精调味,等菜稍凉,放蒜末拌匀备用。</p><p>&nbsp;6.取出面团,擀出中间厚,边缘薄的面皮。</p><p>&nbsp;7.放入陷,包成包子。</p><p>&nbsp;8.锅里放一点点油,放包子小火慢慢煎。</p><p>&nbsp;9.煎到底面发黄。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/1407129805609.jpg" title="IMG_20140728_181612_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>10.&nbsp;放一些水,盖盖小到中火焖5到7分钟,直到水烧干为止。</p><p>&nbsp;11.拿出来就可以吃了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/14071298677031.jpg" title="IMG_20140728_185513_副本.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/4/14071299255093.jpg" title="IMG_20140728_190128_副本.jpg"/></center></p>
