家常快手菜——青椒鸡蛋西红柿


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/13/14078937365825.jpg" style="float:none;" title="20.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;这是一道家常菜,尤其夏季,大地的青椒,西红柿大量上市,这道菜经常出现在每家的餐桌上,不仅营养,而且经济,做起来又简单方便,可谓家家都会,所以没有必要上传,可是照片拍出来,删掉可惜,自我欣赏一下。所以。。。。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 原料:青椒 &nbsp;鸡蛋 &nbsp; 西红柿</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 辅料:油 &nbsp;盐 &nbsp;蒜片 &nbsp;鸡精</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1青椒 &nbsp; 西红柿洗净然后切块,鸡蛋打散</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2锅放油下鸡蛋摊熟盛出备用</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3另起锅放油,下入蒜片煸出蒜香味</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4放青椒煸炒</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5接着放西红柿炒,放少许水焖2分钟,使青椒 西红柿变软</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 6这时倒入炒熟的鸡蛋炒匀,起锅前放盐和鸡精即可。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/13/14078950772410.jpg" title="54.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/13/14078937509455.jpg" style="float:none;" title="21.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 最后留些汤汁,酸酸的,略带辣味,很下饭</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 做这道菜一般都放糖,我不喜欢,所以没放 ,糖没什么营养,还是少吃的好</p>
