Administrator
Your duties will include:

1. Handling phone and email inquiries
2. Front of house meet and great
3. Opening and closing files
4. Processing the mail
5. Organising and recording courier deliveries
6. Managing meeting rooms and arrange catering as required
7. Handling overflow administration paperwork.
8. Other general administration and housekeeping
9. Planning company activities and copy writing.

To be considered for this role ideally you will have:

1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Experience using Microsoft Office software
4. Professional customer services manner
5. An enthusiastic and helpful demeanour
6. Ability to work in a team environment and strong communication skills
