大姨的礼物---美丽的花边香肠披萨

妹妹家漂亮的小丫丫,回老家来看我,住了一周,每天都能听到小美女那银铃般的笑声,和我儿子打打闹闹,玩得很嗨,很高兴。时间过的真快,假期结束了,妹夫来接,妹妹要回去了,真不想让她们走啊!小宝更是恋恋不舍!</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; 我没买什么礼物,因为人家生在大城市,见多识广,好吃的东西吃得也多,想了半天给孩子做点什么呢,对了,丫喜欢吃披萨,上次做了一个,孩子没吃够的样子,做一个料足足的大披萨。起了个大早,新鲜出炉!</strong></p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_1938.JPG" 哇!太诱人了,色香味俱全啊。小美女可高兴了,用她妈妈的手机给披萨左照右照的,说大姨,好漂亮呀,一定好吃,呵呵。我装到披萨盒里,让丫带回家。半路上,妹妹打电话说,丫太想吃了,忍不住了我们分吃了,呵呵,因为凉了,没看见拉丝,我是让他们回去烤一下在吃,小丫丫说:大姨,披萨太好吃了,我爸爸也说好吃呢!我说,谢谢丫丫鼓励,大姨下次还给你做,祝你开学上一年级,好好学习,天天向上!</strong></p><p><strong>做法:</strong></p><p><strong>圆猪猪老师的方子特别好:</strong></p><p><strong>饼皮:</strong></p><p><strong></strong><strong>饼皮材料:A:高筋面粉150克,清水80克,细砂糖2小匙 ,盐1/4小匙 ,酵母粉1/2小匙。</strong></p><p><strong>B:黄油15克。</strong></p><p><strong>先来讲一下量勺:</strong></p><p><strong><center><img title="家用量勺" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/10/14049849643525.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>最大的匙是1大匙15克,</strong><strong>1小匙是3克。</strong><strong>其次是1、1/2、1/4小匙 。量勺对应的就是相应的克数。没有称的可以去买一个量勺,很实用。</strong></p><p><strong>批萨酱:番茄酱2大匙,细砂糖2匙,黑胡椒粉1/2小匙,蒜蓉1/2小匙 ,洋葱碎1/2小匙,清水1大匙。</strong></p><p><strong><p><strong>做法:先把批萨酱炒好,(先放蒜,炒香,再放菜,调料最后放番茄酱)。如果加菜炒,必须把里面的水分炒出。或者用烤箱把菜加热一下,防止出汤。</strong></p></strong><p>&nbsp;</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none"
