胡萝卜花卷


                                                <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;这是前些日子做的,胡萝卜榨汁剩下的渣滓和面粉和的,渣滓放的较多,所以颜色较黄,萱萱的,突发奇想放些孜然很好吃。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/20/14085313748004.jpg" style="float:none;" title="13.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/20/1408531378927.jpg" style="float:none;" title="14.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:胡萝卜渣滓 面粉</p><p>辅料:酵母 &nbsp; 泡打粉 孜然粉 盐</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/20/1408531452570.jpg" title="001.jpg"/></center>做法</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1胡萝卜榨汁剩下的渣滓</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2面粉和胡萝卜渣滓及 少许泡打粉混合</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3酵母放温水调匀</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4面粉放酵母水及温水和好面</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5醒20分钟后把面再揉揉(面不用发),擀成片撒孜然粉和盐</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 6卷起来,用刀切段</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;7做成花卷,蒸帘抹油放花卷醒,大约1小时,用手掂掂发轻,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;就可以上锅蒸</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8开锅十二分钟即好,三分钟后打开锅盖</p><p>1<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/20/14085314932704.jpg" title="15.jpg"/></center></p>
