化痰止咳——金桔月饼


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/4/14098349648483.jpg" title="DSC_7696_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>今年月饼做了不少,都是广式月饼,从小吃习惯了,也就爱吃点广式的,这款金桔月饼味道很特别,在烤的时候满屋子都是桔子香,吃到嘴里咸香甘口,一点油腻感都没有。</p><p>

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>鸡蛋液少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>金桔莲蓉馅适量 </p><p>1、将主料放入大碗内。</p><p>2、然后拌匀盖上保鲜膜静置1小时。</p><p>3、将馅料分成45克一个搓圆,饼皮分成18克一个。</p><p>4、取一块饼皮压扁。</p><p>5、放上馅料。</p><p>6、然后用虎口慢慢收口,包起来。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/4/14098351507024.jpg" title="IMG20140901007_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>7、月饼模撒上干粉,放入月饼坯。</p><p>8、然后把月饼坯压实。</p><p>9、再轻轻一推,把月饼脱模。</p><p>11、烤箱预热180度,入烤箱前喷水。</p><p>12、放中层烤5分钟,5分钟后取出刷鸡蛋液。最次放入烤箱烤10分钟左右,至表面上色即可。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/4/14098351626803.jpg" title="IMG20140901015_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/4/14098351786228.jpg" title="(1)_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/4/14098351908497.jpg" title="DSC_7692_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>小贴士:</p><p> 月饼烤前喷水是为了防止月饼开裂,喷水时要注意不要直接喷,要在月饼坯的上方喷洒,让水花慢慢的落到月饼坯上。</p><p>烤至月饼定型时间要根据自家烤箱而定,可调整5-10分钟,月饼烤至最后几分钟要注意观察,烤至自己喜欢颜色的深浅即可。</p><p>我的模具是63克,馅料45克,皮18克。
