五仁月饼

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;尽管这几年每到中秋,五仁月饼都会被一些人口诛笔伐,但是我觉得五仁月饼好冤哦,明明是很好吃的月饼,怎么年年都......。反正我对五仁月饼是情有独钟,觉得吃起来各种果仁的味道混合一起,很有层次感,也非常的香,加上自己做的,糖也不必放太多,相对也健康些哩。喜欢就做,那句话咋说的:做自己的月饼,让别人看着你吃吧,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~!</p><p>原料:</p><p>馅料:凉开水100g &nbsp; 白酒20g &nbsp; 橄榄油50g &nbsp; 橙皮丝50g &nbsp; 玫瑰酱50g &nbsp; 糖冬瓜100g &nbsp; 白糖240g &nbsp; 熟糯米粉250g &nbsp; 黑白芝麻80g &nbsp; 葵花籽仁60g &nbsp; 西瓜子仁60g &nbsp; 核桃仁80g &nbsp; 花生米80g &nbsp; 腰果80g</p><p>2.皮料:奶粉20g &nbsp; 枧水3g &nbsp; 花生油50g &nbsp; 转化糖浆150g &nbsp; 面粉200g &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>做法</p><p>1、把花生、核桃仁、腰果、芝麻、葵花籽仁分别烤熟或者炒熟。西瓜子仁用生的。所有熟果仁称重备用,糯米粉炒熟做糕粉用。腰果和花生米及核桃仁都稍微压一下,成颗粒状即可。糖冬瓜和糖渍橙皮都切碎丁,玫瑰酱和白糖称重备用。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/5/1409881028156.jpg" style="float:none;" title="1.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201409/5/14098810348657.jpg" title="2.jpg" style="font-family: sans-serif;
