下午茶点——苹果塔

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 塔皮加入了蛋黄和香草精,味道更香浓,糖的用量感觉有点甜了,可以减少5克的糖,烤出来的塔果肉软嫩香甜,用来做下午茶非常的棒,只不过油量比较重,吃太多会长胖,所以偶尔吃吃就好。</p><p>

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>苹果2个 </p><p>1、准备所需材料。</p><p>2、将低筋面粉过筛,倒入大碗中,再放入软化的黄油。</p><p>3、把黄油和低筋面粉搓均。</p><p>4、再加入细砂糖拌匀。</p><p>5、鸡蛋打散加入两滴香草精。</p><p>6、再倒入面粉中混合。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133733792598.jpg" title="DSC04404_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>7、然后和成面团,放冰箱冷藏30分钟。</p><p>8、将冷藏好的面团取出,擀成片。</p><p>9、再放入塔盘内。</p><p>10、苹果去皮去核切片,柠檬水中,10分钟后捞出沥干水。</p><p>11、将沥干水分的苹果一部分切成丁,放入塔盘内。</p><p>12、剩下的苹果片铺在塔盘上。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133734007101.jpg" title="DSC04410_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>13、然后刷上一层黄油。</p><p>14、再均匀的撒上粗砂糖。</p><p>15、要均匀的撒在苹果上。</p><p>16、烤箱预热190度,放中层约烤45分钟。</p><p>17、烤好的苹果塔取出即可切块食用。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133734229826.jpg" title="DSC04416_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133734557249.jpg" title="DSC_8126_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133734731618.jpg" title="DSC_8131_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/15/14133734879705.jpg" title="DSC_8129_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>小贴士:</p><p>在擀塔皮时,可以在面团底下垫上保鲜袋,擀好后,托起保鲜袋直接扣入烤盘即可,很方便。
