广式靓汤--1:莲藕绿豆汤


                                                <p></p><p><strong>莲藕绿豆汤</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;为人父母后每天3餐都围绕着小朋友在转,刚踏入秋季,身体本能的对抗天气变化,有不适是正常现象,我也就可以为他们做的只有一天一顿可口的晚餐。很少在同城网发布煲汤稿件,因为太过于简单,找到合适的食材往褒里放就可以了,一点难度都没有<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/4.gif"/></center>,关于食材新鲜就好了,味道各自调整就合理了。<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729076436.jpg" title="IMG_9545_副本.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p><strong>材料:猪排骨 500克&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 莲藕 &nbsp; 350克</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 绿豆 &nbsp; &nbsp;50克</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 盐 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 8克</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 冰糖 &nbsp; &nbsp; 15克</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 姜 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3片</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 白醋 &nbsp; &nbsp;5克</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 陈皮 &nbsp; &nbsp;1片</strong></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729879398.jpg" title="20141016_101637_副本.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal;"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729106008.jpg" title="20141016_101901_副本.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p><strong>做法如下:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1:先把猪排骨烧开的水了焯一下,让骨头里的血水和腥味去除;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2:莲藕,绿豆清洗,莲藕切成小段备用;</strong></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729069058.jpg" style="float:none;" title="20141016_102518_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><strong>3:烧开一锅的水后再加入所有材料,中火煲30分钟,转小火煲30分钟就可以了。</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729103216.jpg" title="20141013_164330_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p><strong>小贴士:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1:白醋可以分解骨头里的蛋白质,也可以让钙质释放出来更好的让人体吸收,所以每次煲骨头汤时建议放一汤匙白醋,对于汤的口感不会有任何的影响;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2:关于调味料:冰糖和盐,要在汤已煲好后再用于调味,因为广东的口味偏甜,放冰糖除了调味以外,冰糖也很具有价值,可以起到清心润肺,清热解毒作用,早期我们都比较喜欢放蜜枣,现在考虑到食物的安全性都不再使用蜜枣煲汤,</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3:关于煲汤的时间问题,现在因该大家都知道老火汤对于身体的影响,实际上有部分的老火汤高脂高糖,多饮无益,因为家里人少,所以煲的汤量不多,时间也就控制在一个小时就可以了。</strong></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/16/14134729104385.jpg" title="IMG_9548_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p></p><p></p>
