葱香烤鸡肾


                                                <p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_0960_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/24/14141551119812.jpg"/></center></p><p>主料:鸡肾3个。<br style="TEXT-TRANSFORM: none; TEXT-INDENT: 0px; FONT: 14px/22px Arial; WHITE-SPACE: normal; LETTER-SPACING: normal; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); WORD-SPACING: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px"/>辅料:葱粒、姜丝、蒜蓉、生抽、蚝油、花生油、盐、味精各适量。</p><p></p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_0900_副本_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/24/14141551121222.jpg"/></center></p><p>做法:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1、鸡肾洗净切花刀,放入辅料(葱粒除外)腌20分钟。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2、取锡纸放于烤盘上,&nbsp;再放腌好鸡肾在锡纸上。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3、包好鸡肾。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4、烤箱上下火190度预热&nbsp;5分钟后,将包好鸡肾放入烤箱内,上下火190度烤15分钟。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5、取出揭去上面锡纸不要,放入葱粒拌匀,上面扫花生油。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6、再放入烤箱烤5分钟。</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_0956_副本_副本_副本_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/24/14141551133339.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
