自制果丹皮


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152759926826.jpg" style="float:none;" title="成品.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p>********************果丹皮*********************</p><p>*************************************************</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152764259956.jpg" title="initpintu_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p>原料图:新鲜山楂 &nbsp;300克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 冰糖 &nbsp;60克 &nbsp; &nbsp;(也可用白糖)</p><p></p><p>做 &nbsp; &nbsp;法:1、原料图</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2、山楂用清水冲洗干净。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3、放入淡盐水中浸泡10分钟左右。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4、浸泡后,再用清水冲洗干净。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5、取一个山楂,用刀切去两头,对半切开(不要把籽切碎),取出籽。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 6、籽清理后,放入一半量的冰糖,腌30分钟。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 7、放入蒸锅蒸软。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 8、放入料理机打烂(这步没拍,忘了),再放入煮锅里,加入剩下的冰糖,翻炒至冰糖熔化,关火。(如果要做山楂酱,到这一步就可以吃了)</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 9、烤盘里铺入锡纸,刷上薄薄的一层油。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10、铺上山楂酱,用刮刀刮平。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 11、放入烤箱里,80度2小时。(试自家烤箱温度定)</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 12、烤至果丹皮能整张揭起。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 13、卷起即可。(可以用保鲜膜包起,能放好长时间)</p><p></p><p></p><p>*************************************************************************************************</p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152780548341.jpg" title="成品2.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p>
