Holliez Property Group, a Melbourne based real estate team offering excellent service in property sales and rental management, is expecting sales consultant to join its dynamic team located in Hawthorn.Position: Property sales consultant Your Responsibility: Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the rightone to handle their sale and agree the termsArranging advertising to promote the propertySending out details of new properties on the market topeople on your databaseMaking appointments and showing buyers around a propertyFinding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase andwilling to pay an acceptable priceRefering buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations andadviceAttending marketing events and cooperate with otherdepartments. You will require: Have Strong interest and enthusiasm in real estate industryBe able to drive and have or will purchase a reliablevehicle within 2 monthHave currentvalid drivers' licenseBe prepared to work evenings and weekendsHave at least 1 year of valid visa or PR or AU/NZ citizenHave already graduated or will graduate with in 6 months;Have proficient Englishcommunication skillsHave excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a passion for engaging with people and promotingproductsFamiliar with time managing app and as Google Calendar andother office management software including MS office.
