做一碗《老鸹撒》
<p><strong>老(lǎo)鸹(wā)撒(sá),相传起源于西汉。典故:</strong></p><p><strong>但使龙城飞将在,不教胡马渡阴山,“飞将”,汉代名将李广是也,其骁勇善战,为败匈奴使“佯攻”之计,且逃且弃兵甲,蛮军穷追,为其真相,弃锅釜亦所剩无几,炊时犯愁。李广命将士卸其盔为釜,取草木为筷,将面团拨入盔中,入野蔬烹之,三军饱,振精神,诱蛮军入围,然胜,回朝。武帝闻之,命御厨仿其法精做,以犒三军。有说,匈奴以乌鸦为祥鸟,而此食酷似乌鸦头,故武帝赐食名曰“老鸹sa”,有江山永固,蛮军不得再扰之意。“老鸹sa”风行宫廷,至唐,此食传入民间,盛行关中,百姓以其便捷,且念“飞将”,久传,越变多样。</strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong><center><img
