舌尖上的田螺——香辣田螺煲

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑪放入烧开的开水里</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑫大火煮20~25分钟左右,将田螺煮熟</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑬煮好后,过下冷水</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑭将田螺身上的那个膜片取掉,炖的时候才可以更入味。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑮锅里倒入一勺食用油烧开</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑯先下辣椒炝下锅</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;⑰再下姜片和蒜蓉爆香</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
