【提拉米苏】------在家也能做顶级美味蛋糕

WIDTH: 302px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/16/14264831711093.jpg" width="500" height="376"/></center> <center><img title="SAM_1354_副本.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 236px; WIDTH: 302px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/16/14264832907397.jpg" width="639" height="480"/></center></p><p>步骤:</p><p>1 准备做手指所需所需材料。将蛋黄和蛋白分开,蛋黄加入20克细砂糖里。用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。(鸡蛋2个、糖50克、低筋面粉80克。)</p><p>2 蛋白放入一个无水无油的容器中,分三次加入30克白糖打至硬性发泡。</p><p>3 将蛋黄倒入蛋白中,</p><p>4 用刮刀上下翻拌均匀。</p><p>5 再筛入低筋面粉,用翻拌式翻拌均匀。</p><p>6 然后装入裱花袋。</p><p>7 烤盘里铺上油纸,将蛋糕糊挤成手指饼形状,放入预热烤箱170度放中层烤15分钟左右,烤好的饼干放边上备用。</p><p>8 准备好做提拉米苏的材料(蛋黄3个、白糖60克、吉利丁片2片(10克)、马斯卡膨奶酪200克、朗姆酒10克、动物鲜奶油200克、咖啡酒80克)。</p><p>9 将60克白糖加入蛋黄中</p><p>10 吉利丁片用冷水泡浸5分钟。</p><p>11 隔热水打发,搅拌至80度</p><p>12 动物淡奶油打至有纹路。</p><p>13 加入冷水泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌均匀。</p><p>14 马斯卡膨奶酪加入10克朗姆酒拌匀,将搅拌好的马斯卡膨倒入蛋黄糊中,搅拌均匀即成蛋黄芝士糊。</p><p>15 再将蛋黄糊倒入打发的淡奶油里。然后搅拌均匀。</p><p>16 手指饼干放入咖啡液中泡一下</p><p>17 再将泡过咖啡酒的圆形手指饼放入模具底下(用锡纸将慕斯圈底部包上)</p><p>18 然后倒上蛋糕糊,再放上手指饼,最后加入蛋糕糊抹平,放冰箱里冷藏4小时以上</p><p>19 将冷藏好的提拉米苏取出,去掉锡纸,用风筒吹两圈模具边。然后轻轻的把慕斯圈拿走。再用筛上可可粉,最后把剩余的手指饼干围上边,表面加以装饰即可</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150314_130439_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/16/14264836492954.jpg"/></center></p>
