蓝莓黄油饼干


                                                <p>早就想做蓝莓饼干了,就做个最简单的吧~·</p><p>与蔓越莓饼干一样,都是很好吃的~~</p><p>上图片:</p><p><center><img title="111.jpg" style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272524634989.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="222.jpg" style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272524646528.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="333.jpg" style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/142725246526.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 主料:蓝莓干30克,黄油75克,低筋面粉115克。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 辅料:棉糖50克,全鸡蛋液15克。</p><p><center><img title="555.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/1427253855189.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.准备一个碗,放黄油75克,棉糖50克,放入热水里坐热。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.称好蓝莓干30克,全鸡蛋液15克,过筛低筋面粉115克。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.搅匀融化黄油里的棉糖。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.加切碎的蓝莓干30克,全鸡蛋液15克,过筛低筋面粉115克。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.搅拌成团。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.一半面团用保鲜膜揉好一个长方体,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷冻。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一半面团用保鲜膜揉好一个圆柱体,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷冻。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7.冷冻1小时后,撕掉保鲜膜,均匀切片。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8.切好的两种形状放入铺好锡箔纸的烤盘上。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9.放入烤箱中层,全火,155度,烤20分钟。</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
