水果裸蛋糕
<p> <strong> 前几天做蛋挞剩下半盒淡奶油,不想吃蛋糕卷,就做了个六寸的裸蛋糕。刚巧家里好多的水果,也消耗一下。味道很好呢,一个六寸我都没舍得吃,孩子们放学回家就消灭了。 </strong></p><p><strong> 比起裱花,还是这种随意的裸蛋糕更适合我。只是装饰的不怎么好看,没有艺术细胞。</strong></p><p> </p><p><center><img </p><p><strong>六寸圆模戚风材料:</strong></p><p><strong>蛋黄糊:蛋黄2个,砂糖20克,牛奶30克,玉米油30克,低粉55克,泡打粉1/4小勺,香草粉2克。</strong></p><p><strong>蛋白糊:蛋白2个,糖30克,白醋1滴。</strong></p><p><strong>表面装饰:淡奶油150克,白糖20克,草莓100克,芒果2个。</strong></p><p><strong>做法:</strong></p><p><strong>1.准备材料。各种材料称重。</strong></p><p><strong><center><img 裸蛋糕讲究的就是随意,不需要刻意的去涂抹。</strong></p><p><strong> 2.最上面的两朵花是用新鲜的油桃皮做成的。用刀子像削苹果一样把油桃皮一圈一圈削下来不要切断,然后卷起来定型即可。油桃要硬邦邦的最好用。</strong></p>
