牛肉面

font-size: 16px; float: none;"/></center></p><p> 宽面条,从锅中捞出,在舀些牛肉和汤汁,撒点葱花、香菜,可家里没有香菜了,只用葱花吧。配了点小咸菜,调节咸淡味。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/12/14313915633117.jpg" title="20150512_071149.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:牛肉620克 干香菇6朵 红枣4枚 葱白10克 姜10克 蒜6瓣 紫葱头25克(半个) 四川辣椒酱15克 老抽4克 生抽6克 白酒5克 桂皮3克 花椒2克 麻椒3克 香味2克 八角2克 食用油适量</p><p>步骤:</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/12/14313916776445.jpg" style="width: 320px; font-size: 16px; width: 320px; height: 241px;"/></center></p><p>3、将各种调料及配料准备好。(紫葱头切成块,葱只要葱白切成小块,姜切片,蒜剥皮留蒜瓣)</p><p>4、香菇洗净,用热水浸泡,盖上盖子焖上。(泡香菇的水不要倒掉哟,一会要用到的。)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/12/14313938571108.jpg" style="width: 320px;
