舌尖上的面条

title="4.png"/></center></p><p>从前年开始，就尽量不在外面买面条了。老妈一再打电话叮嘱说“新闻都报啦，很多干面条都是过期面条压碎重新做的，面粉都生了虫子”等等。而随后陆续曝光的胶水面条、染色面条，更是让我开始回归厨房，每天都尽量自己做饭。</p><p>作为一个地道的山东人，每天必不可少的就是馒头、面条。还记得初次自己动手擀面，水多加面、面多加水，结果弄出来一锅面汤。后来虽然擀面的功夫逐渐在进步，但每天下班到家，实在不想再折腾。自从听说九阳出了面条机，就一直在关注，心想这可是个宝，对于我这种“宁坐着不站着，宁躺着不坐着”的懒人吃货来说，这款L10全自动面条机，就是我的福音。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img title="9.png"/></center></p><p>右上角是做完面条，搅拌刀很干净，清洗很容易。加饺子皮模头，一共是6种模头，可以根据心情、食谱选择不同的模具做面条。而且机身有个收纳小盒子，可以用来放模头。这个设计真心赞，对我这种粗心大意的人来说，有了这个收纳盒塞进机身，再也不用担心把模头乱放以至于找不到了。</p><p><center><img title="6.jpg"/></center>1.面条煮熟过冷水，加一点香油拌匀以防粘连；</p><p>2.鸡肉加姜丝、一点料酒煮熟，撕碎，黄瓜擦丝；</p><p>3.熟花生碾碎。两勺豆瓣酱，适量辣油、蒜末、生抽、香醋、一勺拌饭酱加一点凉开水稀释做成酱汁。</p><p>4.面条放上鸡丝、黄瓜丝、花生碎，淋上酱汁，异常美味啊。</p><p><center><img
