酸辣凉面


                                                <p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;提前一晚上就冰起来的凉水,青瓜、番茄也已经在冰箱里候着了,面条是自己现做的。现在的生活很方便,市场、超市就可以买到做好の饺子皮和鲜面,不过自打买了压面机后开始喜欢自己在家鼓捣了,一个人吃饭,面条买多了在冰箱冰上二三天也会发粘,买少了对市场阿姨每一次去光顾大老远就打招呼的热情有点过意不去,又或者纯粹是喜欢自己动手の这种乐趣吧O(∩_∩)O~</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/14339205617582.jpg" title="IMG_5191.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 大热天来上一碗凉面再惬意不过了O(∩_∩)O~</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/143392063674.jpg" title="IMG_5190.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p><br/></p><p>【材料】</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 青瓜 &nbsp; &nbsp; 番茄 &nbsp; &nbsp; 手工面 &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡蛋 &nbsp; &nbsp; 冰水</p><p><br/></p><p>【调料】</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 蒜茸 &nbsp; &nbsp; 生抽 &nbsp; &nbsp; 盐 &nbsp; &nbsp;味精 &nbsp; &nbsp;凉开水 &nbsp; &nbsp;柠檬汁(或是 醋) &nbsp;辣油</p><p><br/></p><p>【做法】</p><p>1、鸡蛋带壳煮熟,放凉后去壳对半切开备用。</p><p>2、青瓜和番茄洗净,将青瓜刨丝、番茄切丁。</p><p>3、蒜茸、生抽、味精、盐、柠檬汁、辣油加上少许凉开水拌匀。</p><p>4、锅中将水烧开,下面煮至断生,捞起放入冰水中。</p><p>5、冰凉后的面条捞起控干,放入碗中。</p><p>6、青瓜丝、番茄丁、鸡蛋置于面条上,淋上调匀的酱汁就可以了。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/14339209161331.jpg" title="13a401.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;自己做面条O(∩_∩)O~</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/1433920939345.jpg" title="134a01.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;青瓜切丝 番茄切丁</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/14339209685126.jpg" title="13a402.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;面条煮熟过冰水,调料混合</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/14339210078793.jpg" title="1a3402.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 装盘淋上酱汁</p><p>【叨叨】</p><p>1、青瓜和番茄是生吃的,所以一定要洗干净(⊙o⊙)哦</p><p>2、没有柠檬汁可以有醋代替。</p><p>3、冰镇过和没冰镇过的感觉真的差很多哦O(∩_∩)O~</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/10/14339212598451.jpg" title="IMG_5184.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;吃的时候一种味蕾熟悉的味道开启了记忆的大门,那是大学校门百米远的一家兰州拉面馆,夏天的时候跟着舍友经常光顾的地方,素凉面——白净的拉面上冰镇过的青瓜和番茄,搭配一碗飘着香菜、味道浓郁的牛肉汤,放上一点油辣子,辣椒的辣味和冰镇过的青瓜番茄的清凉,一种冰与火的碰撞,是夏天里记忆的味道之一。。。。。。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
