鲜虾丝瓜猪肉饺—怎一个鲜字了得


                                                <p>鲜虾丝瓜猪肉饺是我家饭桌上的常客,但是每次吃完都是意犹未尽,吃了还想吃的节奏</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150615_060759.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343300394273.jpg"/></center></p><p>食材:饺子粉:800克</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 丝&nbsp;&nbsp; 瓜:500克</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 五花肉:500克</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 鲜&nbsp; 虾:250克</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 鸡&nbsp; 蛋:1个</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 花生油、葱、姜、酱油、盐、花椒面、鸡精各适量</p><p>1、饺子加一个鸡蛋、少许盐,慢慢加入水和成稍硬的面团,盖上保鲜膜省30分种。</p><p>2、省面的时间来制作饺子馅,丝瓜用工具刮去外皮,用切丝器切成丝,放入一点用手抓一下,然后放入凉水用手攥出来(不用攥得太干,稍微保留一些水份,制出饺子馅会更嫩),放在案板上用刀横竖切几刀,不用切太碎。</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_062607.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/1434330697779.jpg"/></center>3、上好的五花肉用刀切成薄片,然后再切成小方块,加入葱姜后剁成肉糜,(不喜欢铰的肉馅,还是自己剁的好吃)</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_130434.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343308818719.jpg"/></center><center><img title="IMG_20150614_131912.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343309038408.jpg"/></center>4、鲜虾剥去虾壳,挑出虾线,用刀切成碎粒。</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_195741.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/1434331002680.jpg"/></center></p><p>5、把上述备好的材料放在一个容器里,加入酱油、盐、花生油、花椒面、鸡精顺时针搅拌,直到馅料有粘性。</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_203545.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343316082960.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_204159.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343313341493.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>6、把省好的面放在面板上,揉两分钟,然后分成适量大小的剂子,用擀面杖擀成饺子皮。</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_212912.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343313129696.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、然后包成饺子</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_214015.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343313797476.jpg"/></center></p><p>8、我包了两种,一种是上面的小圆皮饺子,还有一种是大皮饺子,类似馄饨,但是比馄饨大点。</p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150614_220035.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343315502788.jpg"/></center><center><img title="IMG_20150614_221101.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/1434331567150.jpg"/></center></p><p>9、坐锅烧水,水开后下入饺子,煮熟后装盘,开吃啦!</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_20150615_060630.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/14343317207716.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="IMG_20150615_060759.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/15/1434331721900.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
