芒果冰激淋


                                                <p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/1434854610762.jpg" title="DSC_0011_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 炎炎夏日,谁家的冰箱里都会备些冰棍 、雪糕、冰激凌之类的小甜点,吃上那么一口从 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 嘴里凉到心里,大人、孩子有谁不爱,有谁不吃呢。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 话说, &nbsp;很久很久很久以前呢,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;天气一热就会从批发点批上一塑料袋的各种雪糕(买的多就会便宜么)放冰箱里冻</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;着慢慢吃,吃着吃着呢,各种问题就来了,什么卫生、质量、什么原料、添加剂的,不知道 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 也就算了,知道了谁还可 以再吃的时候对这些无所顾忌吗,怎么办呢,自己又不会做就只好</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 尽量少吃了。写到这,想起了一件题外话的事:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;总是在网上购物,有次正吃饭呢快递到了,某同学又开始了“马云净赚你们的钱了”我 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 立刻说道:感谢马云,让我有这么方便的购物环境,想买什么就能买到什么。是呢,不说别 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;的就是今天这个冰激凌,淡奶油在我们这个小地方就现在是买不到的,别说不会做,就是会 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 做没有原料又能怎样,巧妇难为无米之炊么。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 说来说去就是想说一句话,还是自己做的吃着放心。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348587244019.jpg" title="DSC_0015_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/1434859312648.jpg" title="DSC_0016_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348594349656.jpg" title="DSC_0026_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348595503680.jpg" title="DSC_0024_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>原料: &nbsp;淡奶油200ml &nbsp; &nbsp; 纯牛奶1瓶(243ml) &nbsp; &nbsp; 白糖30克 &nbsp; &nbsp;盐1点(0.5克左右) &nbsp;中等芒果2个</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡蛋4个(取蛋黄)</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348599012831.jpg" title="SAM_0001_副本.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/1434859924586.jpg" title="SAM_0003_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348605648660.jpg" title="SAM_0004_副本.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348605855021.jpg" title="SAM_0005_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>1 &nbsp;准备好原料。</p><p>2 &nbsp;将牛奶和淡奶油倒入锅中,用中小火慢慢加热,沸腾前离火备用。</p><p>3 &nbsp;蛋黄打入容器中,加入糖和盐用打蛋器混合至颜色变浅质地顺滑。</p><p>4 &nbsp;用勺子舀起适量的淡奶液(步骤2)一点一点慢慢加入蛋黄液中,一边加一边不停的搅拌,直到步骤2与步骤3全部混合均匀。</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348613508257.jpg" title="SAM_0010_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348613973673.jpg" title="SAM_0014_副本.jpg" style="line-height: 1.6;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348624322917.jpg" title="SAM_0017_副本.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348624575956.jpg" title="SAM_0019_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>5 &nbsp;将全部混合好的蛋奶液重新倒回锅中,开中小火慢慢加热并且不停地搅拌,控制火候避免沸腾煮成蛋花。</p><p>6 &nbsp;随着温度的升高蛋奶液就会变得浓稠,当蛋奶液能包裹住勺子并且用其他勺子划一下,划痕保持不变不消失,蛋奶糊就做好了,即可离火。</p><p>7 &nbsp; 取芒果肉放入料理机中打成果泥。</p><p>8 &nbsp;将芒果泥加入蛋奶糊中搅拌均匀。</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348626206859.jpg" title="SAM_0021_副本.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/1434862724659.jpg" title="SAM_0022_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>9 &nbsp; 将完全凉透的混合液,倒入可以密封的容器中放入冰箱冷冻,(我的锅不大直接就用锅了).</p><p>10 &nbsp;每隔30分钟拿出来完全搅拌一次,重复6、7次就可以了。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/21/14348634771507.jpg" title="DSC_0022_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>叨唠 &nbsp;1 蛋奶液加入蛋黄糊的时候不可太快太多,以免将蛋黄糊烫成蛋花。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2 步骤5也一定控制好火候以免煮成蛋花。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3 步骤5中如果有温度计可以测量一下84度的温度就煮好了。</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
