葡萄干司康——松软的英式下午茶


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/27/93329_14354446218Y51.jpg"/></center></p><p>不知道为什么,我印象中一直觉得司康不好吃,可能是看到制作过程吧,简单的搅拌能有精彩的结果吗?</p><p>真的太懒了,天气也热,决心试试我认为会硬且口感会粗糙的司康到底什么味道。</p><p>结果出乎意料的好,入口松软,又没有特别甜。如果想变换口感,可以涂抹黄油、巧克力酱或者各种口味的果酱都可以。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/27/93329_1435444620RtiT.jpg" style=""/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/27/93329_1435444618MT4C.jpg" style=""/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>原材料:</strong></p><p>中筋面粉(普通面粉)&nbsp;212.5克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>黄油(室温软化)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;57.5克</p><p>鸡蛋&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1个50克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>冰牛奶&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;120克-125克</p><p>白砂糖&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;32.5克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>盐&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>泡打粉&nbsp;(无铝) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>葡萄干&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 40克</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>做法:&nbsp;</strong><br/></p><p>1、搅拌机中倒入面粉、白砂糖、泡打粉、盐,混合均匀,不要时间太长,几秒钟混匀就行。把室温软化的黄油散落洒在面粉上,用搅拌机打碎,成玉米面状。</p><p>2、面粉混合物倒在大的容器中,加入葡萄干用橡皮刮刀拌匀。</p><p>3、牛奶留出30克,其余牛奶加鸡蛋液倒入步骤2中。</p><p>4、用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀。</p><p>5、用冰激凌勺或其他趁手的工具舀出司康,放到不沾烤盘上,形状大致保持相同,在司康表面刷牛奶。</p><p>6、烤箱预热220℃,中层,烤10-12分钟。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/27/93329_14354446157RDR.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、司康烤好后移出烤盘,放冷却架上冷却10分钟,抹上黄油或果酱、巧克力酱,完美的下午茶点心就完成了。</p><p>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/27/93329_1435444617E2ee.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>小贴士:</strong></p><p>1、葡萄干先用水浸泡并清洗干净,沥干水分再用。</p><p>2、葡萄干也可以用蔓越莓干替代,蔓越莓干要切碎。</p><p>3、如果没有不沾烤盘,就在烤盘上面铺上油纸。</p><p>4、我涂抹的果酱是自制樱桃酱。</p><p><br/></p>
