requirement:
Fluent in reading, written and oral English
• Immaculate presentation.
• An outgoing, confident and friendly personality.
• Great interpersonal skills.• Professional telephone manner
• Experienced with MS software (excel, word, outlook).
• Efficient time management skills.
• Experience with MYOB is preferable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering and forwarding phone calls; screening phone calls; referring inquiries.
• Meeting and greeting visitors, referring inquiries, giving instructions.
• Arranging couriers; sorting and distributing post.
• Dealing with the utility bills and client bills.
• Woking invoices and sales orders
• Controlling inventory
• Assisting on reference, meetings and activities.
• Liaise with building management to ensure regular operations.
• Assisting sales manager to deal with customers
