We have a single room available in Carisle (101 oats street) in a brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit house, the rent is $150 a week, we sharing electricity bills (approx $5/wk per tenant), all other bills are included in the rent, unlimited fast nbn internet, split air-conditioner.We have three people (chinese & malaysian) currently living in here, all males, and two small size dogs living with us as well, we are looking for someone clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, reliable and friendly.
Strictly no smoking, no partyplease.
The house is 1 min walking to the bus station to the city, Curtin university, and belmont shopping center. (ideal for Curtin students)
