【Key Responsibilities】
• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support dealing directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
• Develop friendly and long term relationships with customers by providing pricing and availability at customer’s request.
• Look to upsell and promote products where possible, including “blitz week” and other internal promotions.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Process orders, programs, invoices,forms, applications and requests in a timely manner.
• Update database (SAP) with change ofaddress, phone number and email as required.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
【Requirement】
[*]1-2 years CSR (Customer Service & Relationship) experience, especially in Information Technology Industry;
[*]Australian citizen, PR or TR visa
[*]IT academic background is a must.
[*]Ability to communicate and listen effectively and have exceptional work ethic;
[*]Fluent written and oral English communication skills
[*]Works accurate and with eye for detail.
[*]Strong problem-solving skills.
[*]Able to drive work.
