The Candidate- Speak Englishand Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese)- Current Agent'sRepresentative Certificate- Australian Driver's License anda car- Good phone manner andpositive attitude- Attention todetail, responsible and diligent- Organizedwith exceptional time management skill- Compassionate- Able and enjoyworking independently- Attention to detail- Good attitudeand willingness to learn is a MUST- Preferably prior propertymanagement experience
The Role- Conducting entryand routine inspections- Attending openinspections- Manageenquiries, maintenance and correspondence- Liaise withlandlords and tenants
