Padstow Office Admin
Padstow RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATIONThis junior office admin and reception role represents a great opportunity to gain further industry experience. You will be providing administration support to our busy warehouse dispatch team. Strong time management skills and pro-active attitude is a must.
Duties include:
• Reception/answering and handling sale calls
• tax invoice preparation
• customer call back and email inquires
• basic accounts receivable duties
• creating quotes
• Keeping the office functional
The successful candidate will have:
• Some experience in general office duties
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (English and Mandarin)
• High attention to detail and outgoing personality
• Immaculate presentation
• Intermediate computer skills (MS office/excel)
• Book keeping experience preferred but not essential
This is a full time position, working hours are 9.30am to 5pm Mon to Fri. $21.00 per hour and superannuation 9.5% per annum are paid according to industry award.
