Qualifications and Specifications:
Your role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering all phone calls with proper and professional manner
Broad administration assistance across the organisation
Be responsible for purchase orders, mail sorting, filing, etc.
Raising & processing purchase orders
Data entry & bookkeeping
To be successful for this opportunity minimum requirements are:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
Work rights in Australia
Well spoken and written skills
High attention to detail
Enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated
Experienced with softwares, especially excel and word,publish
Efficient time management skills
A current driver's licence holder is preferred but not a must
