【村小二租房】Garden city两房整层整租-Upper Mount Gravatt已空出随时入住，位于Garden city coles加油站對面的小馬路裡，鄰居皆為居住很久的本地住户，房屋前后都有監控，安全無虞。
不可養猫狗。
樓下整層兩房一廳，一廚房，一廁所。
房租包括家具和兩個人合理帐单（使用冷氣會另外計費）。租金一週360（2人入住），長租可議。一年以上合同優先，或者半年合同，期滿以半年為起始單位續約。
其他情况需要在看房前提出商議。
2個卧室share一套衛浴，2個卧室皆有空调，主卧房有連接衣帽間，次卧有大型入牆櫃。2個房间都是queen size床，適合朋友couple, 多于2人入住需要加付帳單。
全部設施包括洗衣機都是私用，樓上房東老夫妻有自己的設備和出入口，不會下樓。 房屋原有內樓梯連接上下，這個樓梯已經封起來，偶爾聲音會相連，介意者請另看他處。
門前carport 為租客保留一個車位，沿街也可以停車。
