This role is designed for those outstanding candidates who are eager to excel and are driven to exceed expectations. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a Production manager. The right candidate for this opportunity will be a key player in our team who are constantly seeking growth. Responsibilities
[*]Maintain Critical path and on timely deliveryfrom product concept through to online
[*]Track/ Manage the sampling and fitting approval process with overseas manufacturers- Attending fit sessions and follow up work
[*]Inventory control /managementcreatingpurchase orders ensuring accurate level of stock
[*]Negotiation of prices with suppliers forfaulty/delayed stock
[*]Quality control Ensure quality of stock is of standard according to spec sheets
[*]Raising Purchase orders and providing size ratios
[*]Manage stock holding levels of raw materials and accessories
[*]Communicate with the rest of the team on production delivery status & stock position availability
[*]Checking pre- production samples to ensure product is as per required specification and making comments back to the supplier with the approval of the designer
[*]Maintain good relationships with existing factories/suppliers and sourcing new suppliers
[*]Negotiate terms and pricing with our vendors to ensure we reach the best outcome
[*] Create automated system/process to Maintain inventory level by Reviewing sales to forecast monthlystock requirements
Essential experience
[*]Previous production manager experience
[*]Mandarin speaking
[*]Negotiation with offshore manufacturers
[*]Previous inventory system experience
[*]Cin 7 experience preferred
[*]Attention to detail and accuracy
[*]Garment construction, fabrics , yarns accessories knowledge
