Part Time Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

· Management mails and delivery orders, anddistribute to relevant personnel
· Liaising with third parties such as suppliers,mailing office, building manager etc
· Manage, greet and direct all office visitors to theappropriate personnel
· Fulfill errand tasks such as post office, printsetc as required
· Ad hoc office administration as required
YOUR ROLE AS BOOKKEEPER
· Account payable
· Process and arrange payroll
· Bank reconciliation
· Banking cheques
PRE-REQUISITES
· PR or Australian Citizen or Valid working visa
· Excellent organisational skills
· Data entry accuracy is essential
· Attention to details and ability to followinstructions
· Relevant experience preferred
BENEFIT & OFFER
· 4-6 hours daily Monday-Friday
· Flexible time arrangement available between 9am -5.30pm
· Work in Office required
