TDRMOTO is specialized in off-road dirt bikes,electric bikes and related parts. A newly established position has opened for an experienced Customer Service Agent to play a very importance role in our fast growing business. This role will be the first point of contact for all customer orders and queries. We are looking for an applicant who is passionate about bikes and keen to grow with our business.
Job Type :
Full time ( 3 month probational )
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5 at our Hoppers Crossing office
Salary : $50,000 per year + super + Christmas Bonus
Main Duties are:
[*]Respond to customer inquiries on E-commerce Platform such as Ebay , Facebook etc and emails from website.
[*]Answer incoming calls, act as primary contact for product information, logistic inquiries and customer support.
[*]Service walk-in customers when required.
The skills we are looking for:
[*]Previous experience in customer service position.
[*]Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
[*]Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
[*]Confidence and a pleasant manner in dealing with customers
[*]Good computer skills
[*]A good Team Worker with the ability to use initiative as required
[*]Passionate about bikes or have sound mechanical knowledge
