最近，伊朗总统佩洛希齐扬在美国发表公开演讲，其中有一项内容引发伊朗全民狂欢，他宣布解除两大限制，获得了伊朗人民的支持。

佩洛希齐扬在演讲中说，本届政府的目标主要是吸引外资，激发内力，发展经济。这就要求伊朗必须是一个开放性，包容性的国家。为此，总统主张彻底放宽解除两大限制：
一是不得强制女性佩戴头巾，并不断拓宽拓展女性职业技能，加强女性社会职能功能。
二是彻底放宽言论自由，解除网络限制，与世界接轨。

伊朗是一个宗教神权国家，总统并不是国家的一号人物，名义上只是2号人物，总统说的话虽然不一定能得到彻底执行，但总算向文明迈出了一大步。
