茶果


                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/8/14522203655877.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20151205_152623.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/8/14522203857820.jpg" style="" title="IMG_20151205_152628.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:糯米粉600克、白萝卜250克、猪肉60克、虾皮30克、香菇100克、鸡胸肉100克、瑶柱20克、香蕉叶适量。<br/>调料:蚝油1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、盐1茶匙&nbsp;、鸡粉1/2茶匙。<br/>做法:1、白萝卜去皮,切成丝,加少量盐,挤出水份;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2、香菇、瑶柱提前浸泡,再切成末,猪肉、鸡胸肉切小粒,虾皮洗净;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3、热油,倒入猪肉、虾皮、香菇、鸡胸肉、瑶柱炒香;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4、加入萝卜丝,略炒;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5、放入生抽、蚝油、鸡粉、盐,炒匀;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6、糯米粉倒入盆子,加以沸水,&nbsp;搅拌揉成粉团;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;7、粉团弄成饼形,放入炒的馅料;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8、取一片香蕉叶,抹上少量油,再将包的茶果放在上面;&nbsp;<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9、冷水放入,大火蒸20分钟。&nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/8/14522204063807.jpg" style="" title="1.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/8/14522211269767.jpg" title="IMG_20151205_152623.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p>
