With high volumes of sales, it is important for us to keep up our customer and after sales services. We are seeking a motivated and professional sales assistant to join our friendly Brisbane team.
Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110Business Hour: 8:30am-5:00pm Weekday
About the Position:You will be required to liaise with the sales manage and representatives to communicate with clients and plan for after sales events.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:· -Supporting in field sales & after sales team· -Processing sales order· -Customer service· -Responding to phone calls and emails· -Date entry and record keeping· -General administration duties
Skills and Experience:· -Excellent communication skills· -Professional telephone manner· -Keen, energetic and highly motivated· -High attention to details and strong commitmentto a high level of customer service· -Proficient in the use of MS Office· -Reliable, honest and well-presented· -Australian citizen or permanent resident withown transport preferred· -Fluent in English both written and oral· -Chinese speaker preferred· -Work well under pressure
