杏仁年轮蛋糕

FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201601/25/14537111286608.jpg" width="641" height="962"/></center></p><p></p><p>外表看着简单和朴素,但是吃起来却是一层一层的甜蜜。浇上了巧克力浆,增添了口感。层层堆叠的甜蜜,诱人的琥珀色,让蛋糕的切面看起来像树桩的年轮一样。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>我没有6寸固定圆模,所以换成了方形模具。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>材料:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>低筋面粉&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 120克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 鸡蛋&nbsp;&nbsp; 3个&nbsp;&nbsp; 玉米淀粉&nbsp;&nbsp; 80克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 白糖&nbsp;&nbsp; 100克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 牛奶&nbsp;&nbsp; 40ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;淡奶油&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 120ml&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 柠檬&nbsp;&nbsp; 1个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 香草精&nbsp; 几滴&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黑巧克力&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 100克&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>蜂蜜&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 适量&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 杏仁片&nbsp;&nbsp; 适量&nbsp;&nbsp; 玉米油&nbsp;&nbsp; 50ml</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>做法:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1、&nbsp; 准备材料。柠檬皮擦碎,半个柠檬鸡汁。烤箱上管200度预热。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2、&nbsp; 玉米油和30克的白糖混合,搅打至白糖融化。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>3、&nbsp; 加入鸡蛋、牛奶、香草精,搅拌均匀。再加入50ml的淡奶油。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>4、&nbsp; 低粉、玉米淀粉过筛入蛋黄糊中。加入柠檬皮碎和一半的柠檬汁,轻轻搅拌均匀,无颗粒。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>5、&nbsp; 蛋白放入打蛋盆里,倒入剩下的柠檬汁。用九阳baby料理棒打发蛋白。分次加入剩下的70克白糖。打发至硬性发泡。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>6、&nbsp; 打发好的蛋白分次加入蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀至无颗粒。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>7、&nbsp; 模具里抹上油。倒入2勺的蛋白面糊,用刮刀抹平。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>8、&nbsp; 放入烤箱上层,上管200度烤5-6分钟。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>9、&nbsp; 烤好取出,刷上一层蜂蜜,继续烤至表面金黄色。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>10、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;取出,再倒入2勺面糊,继续烤,重复几次。最后一次,直到面糊烤熟(用牙签扎进去,拔出来没有面糊,就是熟透了)取出晾凉。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>11、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;小奶锅里倒入剩余的70ml淡奶油,巧克力块,隔水融化至顺滑。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>12、&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在冷却晾凉后的蛋糕上淋上巧克力浆,撒上杏仁片。冷却后即可食用。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1、&nbsp;
