Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to):•Administration
•Data Entry
•Book Keeping
•Payroll
•Monthly Reporting
•Preparation of Business Activity Statements.
•Assist with the preparation of financial reports and income tax returns
Experience Required
•Excellent computer skills, verbal and written skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Experience with Quickbook is highly desirable
Other Assets Required:
•Strong work ethic
•Attention to detail
•Able to deal with deadlines and work under pressure
•Solid investigative skills
•Intermediate – Advanced in the Microsoft Office package
•Flexible and willing to assist where ever necessary
•Fluent in English
•Professional written and spoken communication skills
