Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, this role is based at our Brisbaneoffice and is available as a 12 months contract. This position could potentially be ongoing. Your duty will cover monthly billing, receipting, and customer account maintenance and debt collection. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:· Monthly billing· Outbound calls liaising with customers and branches· Assist with unallocated funds, account reconciliations· Debt collection for outstanding accounts· Receiving & processing daily payments· Ensuring accurate & timely receipts of payments & allocation of funds to customer accounts· Dealing with internal & high volume external customer queriesSkills & Experience:· Excellent communication & customer service skills · Working knowledge of Excel· The ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
